Our facilities
We operate four modern facilities producing cheese, powdered products (milk, whey, whey protein concentrate and whey protein isolate), and butter. We process over 300 million litres of cow's milk on a yearly basis. Have a quick look at our facilities:
Chojnice
Pproduction of Salami and Salami with herbs and spices
Młynary (Elbląg Branch)
Production of euroblock cheese (Radamer), also marketed under the Serenada brand.
Parczew
Production of the Salami and Rolada Podlaska cheeses, also traditionally smoked cheeses, i.e. using real wood.
Radzyń Podlaski
Production of Serenada, Skarby Serowara, Sery z Radzynia Podlaskiego and Old Poland brands as well as milk powders and butter.
