Casein Programme

As the first Polish cooperative, we have decided to reward those breeders who supply raw material with a desired content of casein, which, from the cheese making point of view, is the most important protein in milk. This parameter determines our cheese production performance. Apart from milk suppliers and members of the cooperative employees, the programme is open to researchers from the University of Natural Sciences and Humanities in Siedlce.

GMO Programme

We have implemented a programme of cow nutrition with NON GMO feeds. In order to support breeders in adapting to the new requirements related to the production of GMO-free milk, we offer them technical support, regular assistance of feed and nutrition instructors and consultants and a series of trainings addressing the mechanisms of the NON GMO programme. On top of that, we have developed an internal control system that screens the milk product for residual GMO feed contamination.
