Ripening Swiss-type cheese with a subtle sweet, nutty flavour and large eyes. Made in Poland based on a well-proven recipe: 10 litres of high-quality milk goes with 1 kg of cheese. Ideally suited as an extra ingredient of sandwiches and hot-served dishes. It is a popular family cheese.
